Bushmanland is a region located south of the Orange River, west of Kenhardt, and east of Springbok (in Namaqualand), within the Northern Cape province of South Africa. Farming infrastructure Farming infrastructure includes a large storage shed (200 sq. m) with outbuildings such as a shearing shed, under-cover lambing pens, special painted goat and sheep dip, general storage, shearers accommodation and ablution facilities. Everything is in place for running a proper Angora and Dorper farm. Various small pens to keep livestock, as well as good facilities for handling sheep and Angora goats complete the infrastructure. Due to proper maintenance all buildings are in good repair. About 80% of the perimeter fencing is neatly erected game-fence. The farm is subdivided into 5 inner camps with adequate livestock and game drinking water, stored in troughs from 3 boreholes, all fitted with solar pumps. There is also a large earth storage dam filled with run-off water after good rain. A chicken coop and bird aviary add to the farming atmosphere. There are various good tracks trough-out the entire farm to explore the entire acreage by bakkie, mountain biking or hiking.
