Laundry tokens at R25 each available at reception. No availability of staff to do laundry, residents may hire their own external cleaning staff 5. Availability of 2 hour weekly cleaning at R660 per month 6. Bus tickets R10 per round trip with 5kms of surrounding area 7. Salon available at additional charges as per salon menu 8. Beauty treatments from clinic staff available at additional cost as per clinic roster 9. Anything else not mentioned in the included list above NOTE: 1. The Foundation levy is charged over and over the body corporate levy. Owners are responsible to pay body corporate levies to the managing agent. 2. Good Hope Park is an independent living, sectional title building for over 60 year olds and not an old age home. There are no frail care facilities on offer. 3. Entertainment is not included and not the responsibility of management to provide. Residents are encouraged to arrange for their own activities. 4. Electricity, wifi and DSTV for residents own expense 5. Prices quoted above, including the levy charges are quoted at the date of this notice and are subject to change with one months notice 6.
