A shearing shed with stone kraal is used for storage as well as for the slaughtering of hunted game. The 1200 Ha Game-camp has a 2.4-meter fence with steel poles but approximately ? 3km are not completed yet. 2 boreholes and water are obtained from a perennial spring. The game consists of ? 100 Springbucks, roaming Kudu?s, Steenbok and Duikers. The infrastructure consists of 7 inner camps with good fencing, 1 cement reservoir, 8 boreholes (only 7 in use), and 6 windmills that supply water for the game and animals. The inner roads are in good condition. Sold as a going concern, VAT EXCLUDED.
