The trip from Dullstroom will take you approximately 50 minutes. Access via high rise vehicles are essential, but 4 x 4 vehicles are highly recommended, as the farm road descends into a valley and can get muddy at times. WATER: -Borehole with an electric pump feeds water to a 5000 lt storage tank, used to supply both the farmhouse and the manager,''s house -Five dams. Some of the dams need to be cleared of reeds -An additional small dam is used for irrigation -1 x reservoir. EXTRAS: -There are two title deeds -11-strand wire fencing around both the hemp and oak fields -Vehicles that are included in the price: Ford 3000 tractor, slasher, rotavator, skoffel, auger, lime spreader and kudu lawn mower -Furniture in the main house is included in the price, subject to an inventory -Eskom expenses are approximately R3,000 per month -Old graves (Goosen family).
