MANAGERS HOUSE: -Bag-washed walls under a corrugated iron roof -Open plan living area and kitchen with fireplace -Two bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. OUTBUILDINGS: -Remains of an old stone kraal -Old shed with a corrugated iron roof used for tool, implement and wood storage -Old stone garage with iron roof for tractor with single carport. AGRICULTURE: -Four hectares of Oak trees, approximately 1680 trees, all inoculated with truffle spore and recently tested to confirm that the spores are healthy. This area is under spray irrigation -8 x solar panels mounted on a steel structure and power the solar irrigation pump -Four and a half hectares of cultivated land, planted annually with cannabinoid hemp. There is a standing arrangement for the supply of seedlings, cultivation assistance and product offtake.
