The first floor features the kitchen, open plan dining room and the living room (with fireplace) leading out to the wide balcony with wooden deck and built-in braai overlooking the large lawn and swimming pool. The downstairs bedrooms both have sliding doors to the undercover patio, with the Weber, swimming pool and pool loungers within easy reach. The yard is large and private. The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the garage. The garage is not available for guests to use for their vehicles, but they're welcome to park underneath the large carport next to the garage, and on the paving in front of the garage (behind a locked gate). The kitchen has all the necessary creature comforts e.g. coffee machine, air fryer, ice maker, gas stove etc. The address in 8th street places guests walking distance to the picturesque Grotto Beach, Voëlklip Beach and Kammabaai but also has easy access to the CBD. Payment Terms: * A refundable security deposit to the value of 30% of the total booking cost is due when the reservation is confirmed, along with 50% of the booking cost. * The balance of the booking cost is payable at 40 days before arrival. * Water, electricity and wifi are included in the rental.
